Performance Analyst

Motor Insurance

Location : Hybrid Brentwood once p / wk

Type : Full-time

Salary : Up to £35,000 + Benefits

Use your analytical skills to influence strategy and optimise portfolio performance. As Performance Analyst, you’ll monitor results, identify trends, and deliver insights that help shape business decisions.

You will :

Analyse performance by product, scheme, and distribution channel.
Forecast key metrics and monitor market trends.
Produce high-quality reporting for senior stakeholders.
Support governance, performance committees, and post-implementation reviews.

You bring :

Degree in Maths, Statistics, or similar (preferred).

1–2 years’ insurance experience.

Strong analytical, communication, and commercial skills.
