Job Summary
Looking for a highly professional and organized Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in handling affluent clients and a strong background in personal lines insurance. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service and professionalism. This is a remote position , and all necessary equipment will be provided.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range : $50,000 - $65,000 annually

Responsibilities
Manage and service a book of personal lines insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.Handle new and renewal business, including quoting and processing policies.Provide exceptional customer service to affluent clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the EPIC software system.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and organization in all client interactions.Qualifications / Requirements
Experience : 2-5 years of experience in personal lines insurance; 3+ years preferred.Licenses / Designations : Relevant insurance licenses are required.Technical Skills : Proficiency in EPIC software is highly preferred.Soft Skills : Strong organizational skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.Work Environment : This is a fully remote position; candidates must have the ability to work independently and efficiently in a virtual setting.LI-DB3
