Composites Technician (Greensboro)

Job Summary

The Composites Mechanic performs aircraft maintenance and / or repairs within estimated time and in accordance with applicable HAECO Airframe Services (HAECO), FAA, and customer standards of quality. This includes organizing his or her work plan in an efficient and resourceful manner. The Composites Mechanic is responsible to work in a safe manner, eliminating waste, and delivering a quality product on time.

Job Description

Perform composite activities including production and repairs within prescribed cycle-time / budgeted time and to HCS standards of quality. Will perform final assemblies per engineering drawings and specification requirements.

Essential Job Duties

• Manufacture interior parts and components utilizing engineering drawings and specifications.
• Promote a culture of safety by monitoring self and others to assure all duties are performed within the guidelines as specified by HCS policies and procedures.
• Perform basic and advanced functions of panel preparation, reading and interpreting of blue prints, engineering process and material specifications.
• Follow proper paperwork and documentation procedures.
• Comply with safety and company policies and use protective equipment as required.
