The candidate must have experience implementing PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules and must excel in gathering requirements conducting fit-gap analysis and mapping data to and from legacy systems and third-party interface candidate must have hands-on experience implementing PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules as a functional business analyst as well as core business analyst skills including conducting meetings to identify requirements system documentation and performing end-to-end system testing. Other duties may be assigned based on project needs and some off-hours may be required depending on the project phase.

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 8 Years-Required-Experience as a business analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
• 8 Years-Required-Experience as a business analyst specifically in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations.
• 8 Years-Required-Experience as a business analyst in gathering requirements and conducting fit / gap analysis with subject matter experts.
• 8 Years-Required-Experience in performing hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces.
• 8 Years-Required-(at least 4) Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio)
• 8 Years-Required-(at least 2) Experience working with MS Teams in a large team setting.
• 4 Years-Preferred-Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal State or Local Government)
• 2 Years-Preferred-Experience as a business analyst in General Ledger
• 2 Years-Preferred-Experience working with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system
• 2 Years-Preferred-Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
• 2 Years-Preferred-Experience with SharePoint
• 1 Years-Preferred-Experience with Jira
• 1 Years-Preferred-Experience working with the Scrum framework
