Responsibilities
The hotel front desk agent will handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and in a friendly and professional mannerProvide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenitiesAssist guests and resolve guest challenges to ensure 100% guest satisfactionAccurately conduct all cash handling and credit card processing activitiesAccurately, audit, balance and report on all cash and credit transactions including checks, deposits, house charges, promotional materials, postings etc.in the hotel in accordance with established policies and procedures
Perform any other job related duties as assignedDesirable Qualifications for the ideal Front Desk Agent :
Prior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar roleExperience with hotel reservations software, like OnQ or OperaCustomer service experienceExcellent communication and organizational skillsSMI Hotel Group recruits the best and brightest, in order to deliver the highest quality service to our guests.
