Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• 8-10 years of experience in business systems analysis with a focus on technology application solutions
• Proficiency in Vizio for flowcharting and system process / data flow diagramming
• Strong understanding of flat file formats and data mapping
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough research for accuracy
• Experience with Waterfall and Software Development Lifecycle related deliverables
• Strong facilitation skills for working sessions
• Technical background
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and JIRA
• Responsive, confident, and prompt communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Strong problem-solving skills
