We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to help define the future of customer experience!

What You’ll Do :

Lead and inspire Customer Service teams across manufacturing locations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Develop and implement scalable customer service processes and procedures across multiple sites.

Build and maintain customer profiles that enable proactive support and strategic account growth.

Champion initiatives that enhance On-Time Delivery (OTD), reduce lead times, and streamline order processing.

Support site integrations and acquisitions with process mapping, SOP standardization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Drive performance culture through KPI development and management across service delivery, NPS, SLA adherence, and more.

Qualifications :

Proven leadership in Customer Experience or Customer Service , specifically within a manufacturing environment .

Experience leading teams through operational and process change .

Strong understanding of operational performance metrics (lead time, OTD, SLA management).

Familiarity with customer segmentation , performance management, and coaching for both qualitative and quantitative results.

Experience with process mapping and SOP standardization , ideally across multiple locations.

A mindset focused on measurable performance, service delivery, and customer advocacy.

Bonus : Experience in print / packaging industries.
