JOB SUMMARY
The Service Manager bears the ultimate responsibility for safety, P&L delivery, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement while upholding the ethical standards and reputation of the organization in the community.
JOB DUTIES
- Ensures vehicles in the fleet are maintained both mechanically and visually to company standards
- Directly supervises the Operations and Administrative Teams of the business and Sales Leadership to ensure all established goals (operations, sales, safety, customer satisfaction, etc.) are achieved
- Conducts performance reviews with each direct report and assists direct reports by holding their team members accountable to performance, behavior, and attendance standards
- Places regular phone calls to customers to discuss satisfaction
- Reviews payroll reports ensuring hours and pay are correct
- Inspects all field operations to ensure excellent service
MIMIMUM REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of successful home services experience with a track record of increasing responsibility with past employers in the same or similar industryStrong interpersonal written and verbal communication skillsBenefits :
