Experienced Adult Psychiatrist sought for ongoing locums coverage at one of Connecticut's leading providers of behavioral health and addiction services, located halfway between New Haven and Hartford. Position open / locums needed until permanent position is filled. Here are the details :

Outpatient Adult Psychiatrist to see around 5 patients / day, ages 18-24 in the young adult program, and 25+ in the adult program, Monday-Friday from 8a-5pm, no call.

This assignment involves 50% clinical work and 50% administrative. Administrative responsibilities will include leading care team meetings for the various community locations / programs, and assisting with supervision of clinical training for fellows / residents / students. Experience with administrative duties such as these is required. Credentialing timeframe is 60 days or less. Temporary privileges may be available.
