About The Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mobile or Office Data Entry Operator to join our Information Technology department. This is a full-time, hourly position that requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage data efficiently and accurately. The role offers flexibility for candidates who prefer mobile or office-based work while maintaining a steady flow of tasks in a dynamic IT environment. Proficiency in English is essential, as this role involves processing critical information and communicating effectively with team members.

What You'll Do

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in various systems and databases.
  • Verify the accuracy of data sets and cross-check information for errors or discrepancies.
  • Organize and maintain records to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in generating reports and summaries based on collected data.
  • Use software tools and systems to streamline data entry processes for increased efficiency.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to resolve data-related queries or concerns.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or office management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a relevant administrative role.
  • Proficiency in English, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with data entry software, Microsoft Office Suite, and IT tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Discipline to manage time efficiently in both mobile and office work setups.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive data.
  • The pay range for this role is :

    22.19 - 34.90 USD per hour(Remote (Highlands Ranch, Colorado, US))
