Test Engineer – Military & Space Systems (ATE / Custom Test Fixtures)

Location : Simi Valley, CA

We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our Engineering Test Department. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the defense and space industries through advanced testing, programming, and custom fixture design for semiconductor validation.

What You’ll Do

As a Test Engineer, you will :

• Program and operate Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) and custom test fixtures for semiconductor devices.
• Design and develop test fixtures to military standards for digital, analog / linear, and mixed-signal devices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to create test strategies, test programs, and software across multiple platforms.
• Develop schematics for reliability stress tests (Burn-in, HTRB, HTOL) and related fixtures.
• Debug software / hardware, troubleshoot issues with Technicians, and perform corrective actions.
• Prepare test documentation, reports, and schematics to meet stringent customer specifications.
• Ensure compliance with DoD and DLA standards including MIL-PRF-38535, MIL-STD-883, and related requirements.
