Job Summary And Responsibilities $15,000 - Sign On Bonus offered for fully qualified new hires. Per policy current employees are not eligible. The ICU Nurse provides coordinates and directs care to individuals and families using a holistic approach. The nursing process is used as a structured mechanism for critical thinking and problem solving in providing effective and appropriate care within a safe and confidential environment from admission to discharge. Each RN is responsible for collaborating with members of the healthcare team providing leadership personal / professional development and conducting him / herself professionally. Minimum Job Requirements Current California RN license required One (1) year of RN experience in critical care in an acute care environment required Current ACLS and BLS certifications required (must be certified through the American Heart Association) Preferred Current California CCRN license preferred Two (2) years of experience in critical care or a combination in a like specialty area Telemetry certificate preferred Where You'll Work Built in 1973, Dignity Health Methodist Hospital of Sacramento is committed to providing daily excellence in health care for residents of Sacramento's southern suburbs, including the Elk Grove, Wilton, and Galt communities.
