Environmental Services Supervisor

Join our dedicated team at Frasier as an Environmental Services Supervisor where youll play a key role in maintaining a clean safe and welcoming environment for our residents staff and this leadership role youll oversee housekeeping laundry and janitorial operations across our campus ensuring high standards of service and compliance with regulatory requirements. Heres what youll do :

• Lead and support the housekeeping laundry and janitorial teams.
• Ensure resident apartments guest rooms and shared spaces are clean and welcoming.
• Maintain inventory and ensure equipment is safe and operational.
• Schedule staff and manage daily task completion.
• Assist with event setup and cleanup.
• Monitor compliance with safety sanitation and regulatory standards.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns.
• Promote a positive team-oriented work environment.
• Ensure accurate resident billing and support budget adherence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
