About the Role :
Were looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to lead our Sweeper Department. As the Sweeper Department Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations with a primary focus on scheduling and workforce coordination. You will ensure our teams are properly staffed and aligned to meet operational goals efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling for sweeper crews and equipment
- Ensure adequate coverage and adjust schedules based on absences and workload changes
- Collaborate with dispatch, field supervisors, and HR to align staffing and resource needs
- Track employee attendance and performance metrics related to schedule adherence
- Monitor operational KPIs and recommend improvements to scheduling processes
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Conduct daily team meetings to communicate expectations, schedules, and updates
Qualifications :
