Work Schedule : 15 hrs per week Monday through Friday in 3-4 blocks of time each day.

Desired Length of Employment : Ongoing

Pay Rate : $ 9.51

Job Description :

This position will assist office staff with general clerical duties.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to : creating student advising folders with audits filing computer work delivering / picking up and distributing the mail photocopying making campus runs greeting students and answering the telephone.

Applicants must also have strong organizational skills be detail oriented able to prioritize work and work independently while taking initiative as appropriate. Be willing to be busy when at work and able to work well under pressure while meeting tight deadlines. Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills are a must. Applicant must be familiar with word Excel and outlook. Must also feel comfortable learning new software programs with ease. This position will assist staff with general clerical duties.
