The Product Marketing Manager (Healthcare Providers) will lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for MicroGenDX’s clinical diagnostics portfolio targeting physicians, clinics, and hospital systems. This role drives digital campaigns, sales enablement, and development of marketing content to boost provider engagement, brand visibility, and HCP conversions. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Medical Affairs, the manager will also build KOL relationships and lead initiatives that increase awareness, adoption, and trust in our testing solutions.
- Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for healthcare provider-facing products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and differentiation.
- Define clear messaging frameworks and launch plans tailored to clinicians and health systems.
- Content Development and Campaign Execution
- Create compelling, on-brand marketing content including sales collateral, landing pages, paid ads, email campaigns, and social media.
- Tailor messaging to resonate with clinicians, specialty providers, and healthcare systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, Operations, and external partners to align marketing initiatives with clinical and commercial objectives.
- Ensure seamless communication and execution across departments.
- Market and Audience Research
- Analyze market trends, provider segments, and audience behaviors to refine marketing strategies.
- Identify new opportunities for engagement and optimize messaging based on insights.
- KOL Engagement and Thought Leadership
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in relevant specialties.
- Support speaker development programs and foster provider trust through thought leadership initiatives.
- Brand Strategy and Consistency
- Contribute to the evolution of the MicroGenDX brand strategy.
- Ensure consistency in voice, visual identity, and messaging across all provider-facing communications.
- Performance Tracking and Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.
- Event Representation and Outreach
- Represent MicroGenDX at industry conferences, trade shows, and professional meetings.

- Prepare and present regular updates on marketing performance, campaign outcomes, and strategic direction to senior leadership.

Required Skills / Abilities :
Strong writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical content into clear, benefit-driven messaging.Experience developing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, launching products, and supporting sales enablement.Understanding healthcare provider audiences, including their needs, mindset, and decision-making processes.Basic proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro, Premier Pro, Canva, and generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity).Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Reddit Ads, Meta Ads, and DSPs.Ability to create effective, on-brand marketing and sales collateral for HCP Audiences.Foundational knowledge of digital marketing and design principles, with a collaborative approach to working with creative teams.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate cross-functionally across departments.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Jira, Zendesk, and Airtable.Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, the life sciences, or related field preferredHealthcare / Medical industry experience, preferably working directly with physicians and other healthcare providers (Hospital experience is a plus).3-5 years professional experience in marketing such as performance marketing, product marketing, brand marketing, or B2B marketingPreference for location in American South or Northeast regions but not required.
