Lead Procurement Strategy & Compliance :

  • Define, implement, and enforce procurement policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with SOX compliance and client standards.

    • Risk & Contract Management :

  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks, oversee RFP / RFQ processes, and negotiate supplier agreements in collaboration with Legal and Finance.

    • Team Leadership & Development :

  • Manage and mentor Procurement and Strategic Sourcing teams, ensuring effective work allocation, performance optimization, and training.

    • Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting :

  • Partner with internal departments and executive leadership to provide regular reporting on procurement activities, risks, and savings.

    • Process Optimization & Best Practices :

  • Drive continuous improvement by introducing industry best practices, standardizing procurement processes, and enhancing operational efficiency.   Basic Qualifications BA / BS in Business / Finance or related field. 10+ years in Purchasing and / or Procurement.
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in procurement, sourcing, or a related function, with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.   Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of Information Technology procurement.

    • CPM or other certifications in Purchasing and / or Supply Chain Management.   Base Salary Range $181,240 - $259160   Team Culture :
