Hitachi Energy is seeking a Corporate Controller North America. This exciting leadership opportunity leads financial planning, analysis, and controlling for Hitachi Energy’s US operations. The role will be based in Hitachi Energy’s North America HQ in Raleigh, NC.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all corporate function-controlling activities for US operations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and company policies.
• Review financial statements and provide monthly reporting on key KPIs to local and global management.
• Monitor and analyze capital expenditure budgets and actual spending; provide variance analysis and recommendations.
• Partner with global and local controllers to assess financial performance and implement improvement actions.
• Collaborate with the CFD / RFD and senior leadership on strategic financial initiatives.
• Act as a finance business partner to functional managers, supporting decision‑making and financial planning.
• Drive process improvement initiatives across regional and global finance operations.
