Specialty : Family Medicine, Primary Care ages 2+

Schedule : M-F 7am-3 : 30PM

Patient Volume : 7-10 ppd

EMR : Athena

Requirements :

2 year minimum relatable experience required

Board Certified

DEA, Dispensing License

Compensation :
