The NewPath Child & Family Solutions Assistant Director of Day Treatment Program is a clinical role which is responsible for providing program supervision to Licensed Therapists, Case Managers, Group Services Coordinator, and other assigned staff. The Assistant Director will oversee and manage the day-to-day functioning of therapeutic services including clinical, staff, and programmatic issues pertaining to the operation of NewPath Day Treatment Program.

What you'll be doing :

  • Directly oversee and supervise Therapists, Case Managers, and Group Services Coordinator in Day Programs.
  • Clinical leader and active member of the program leadership team facilitating professional development within the Department.
  • Provide clinical consultation and corrective feedback for treatment planning.
  • Assess and implement appropriate levels of care for clients.
  • Coordinate with family members and other treatment providers to ensure holistic care.
  • Establish current and long-range goals, plans and procedures for program areas in alignment with organizational goals and mission.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations affecting the school and clinical services.
  • Ensure that all client documentation is current and complete.
  • Ensure clients are served at the appropriate level of care and receiving all necessary resources and support.

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum qualifications include a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other related field.
  • Independent License (LISW or LPCC), and in good standing with the professional board, preferred.
  • Minimum of five years' clinical or care management experience; preferably experience with at risk youth.
  • Good written, verbal, analytical, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in crisis situations.
  • Able to work both independently and as a team.
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and proof of current auto insurance with no more than 5 points on your MVR.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
