The Spa Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm, professional, and seamless experience from booking to checkout. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a guest-centric approach, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. The Spa Coordinator / Receptionist is responsible for handling appointments, assisting with retail sales, maintaining reception and spa areas, and coordinating with various departments to ensure Four Seasons' standards of service are upheld.

What You Will Do

Guest Service

• Welcome and consult with guests about services, amenities, and spa facilities.
• Set and coordinate appointments, ensuring accuracy and alignment with guest preferences.
• Provide recommendations and assist with retail sales tailored to guest needs.
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a memorable experience.
• Handle telephone and email inquiries according to Four Seasons' service standards.
