Job Summary and Responsibilities

Dignity Health Medical Group - Arizona is actively seeking highly patient-centric physicians to join the Department of Family Medicine as a Core Faculty in the Dignity Health East Valley Family Medicine Residency Program in Gilbert, Arizona.

Opportunity Highlights :

• Outpatient + Inpatient
• Outpatient Mon-Fri days, Inpatient Tues-Mon days
• Flexibility to work 4 longer days or 5 regular
• Call is 1 : 4 or less (by telephone only)
• Outpatient : 16 patient-facing hours, 16 precepting hours, 4 admin hours, 4 teaching hours per week
• Inpatient : Every 4th week or less frequently, 1 week at a time x 7 days with compensation days provided (No outpatient duties during inpatient week)
• Avg 18-24 patients per day on outpatient days
• Great MA support + RN onsite
• Academic appointment at Creighton University School of Medicine, Phoenix–Open rank based on prior experience and academic output
• Teaching Medical students, Physician Assistant Students, and other learners.
• Opportunities to get involved in both sponsor and investigator initiated research projects
