Key Responsibilities
The Operations Analyst reports to the Operations Advisor and handles a variety of tasks across scheduling, administration, database management, and marketing, including :
- Transworld Business Advisors, Commercial Real Estate (CRE), and Exit Factor Broker / Consultant Support : Provides training and troubleshooting assistance to brokers as needed through the Help Desk Ticketing system as tasks are assigned for various support tasks.
- TBA Broker Support : Creates and reviews marketing materials for business listings; adds new listings to marketing sites and completes associated updates / removals; prepares reports as needed; completes other broker support / listing related tasks as assigned by Operations Manager and / or Leadership.
- CRE Support : Designs listing brochures, proposals, and presentations; adds new listings to marketing sites; completes other broker support / listing related tasks as assigned by Operations Manager and / or Leadership.
- Exit Factor Support : Assists with invoicing, management, and consultant support; completes other consultant support related tasks as assigned by Operations Manager and / or Leadership.
- Database Management : Updates customer databases and maintains accurate records.
- Schedules conference rooms.
- Assists with onboarding / offboarding of agents / employees as required.
