Title : Accounting Manager

Location : Hollywood, FL

Salary Range :

$120,000 - 140,000 (+ discretionary bonus)

Telecommunication company that is growing rapidly and expanding across LATAM

Sole contributor role for an exciting new fiber optics division

Company is stable and has been in business for 15 years

Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager :

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes

Prepare financial statements in compliance with IFRS standards

Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

Lead variance analysis

Coordinate for annual audits

Drive process improvements in financial reporting and closing cycles

Post journal entries and maintain general ledger integrity

Budgeting and forecasting

Utilize MS Dynamics

Requirements of the Accounting Manager :

Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, Business

Must have experience at an international company with IFRS

Ability to travel internationally up to 20% of the time

Bilingual in English and Spanish

MBA / CPA is a plus+
