Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Occupational Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Greenbrae CA .

Job Responsibilities :

Assess patients functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills coordination and mobility.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Educate patients families and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment use.

Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Skills

Strong knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and rehabilitation protocols

Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to assess plan and implement individualized treatment plans

Attention to detail and adherence to clinical standards

Qualifications

Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy Required

Licensed Occupational Therapist in California Required

2 years of experience in skilled nursing outpatient or rehabilitation facility settings Preferred

BLS (American Heart Association) Preferred
