Product Manager

At Perry Weather, we build technology that helps organizations stay safe, operational, and confident when weather conditions change. From the PGA and top construction companies to thousands of schools and cities across the country, our products are used in the moments that matter most. We combine software, integrated hardware, and real-time data into one cohesive system - giving teams the clarity and tools they need to make faster, smarter decisions when lives, assets, and operations are on the line.

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager who thrives on ownership and moving fast to help accelerate our growth. You'll lead products end-to-end, from discovery and definition to launch and growth, with full responsibility for execution quality and commercial success. This isn't a role for someone who just manages backlogs. We need someone scrappy and entrepreneurial who loves talking to customers, builds conviction quickly, and is focused on outcomes, not just output. You'll work directly with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to build exceptional products and deliver meaningful business impact.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead discovery, definition, and delivery of new products and enhancements across multiple verticals (education, construction, golf, etc.).
  • Own the commercialization of product launches in close partnership with marketing, sales, customer success, and operations.
  • Shape product positioning through persona development and use cases, partnering with marketing to translate insights into compelling GTM narratives.
  • Conduct regular customer interviews and synthesize insights into actionable product decisions.
  • Translate problems and opportunities into clear requirements and work closely with engineering and design to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Define and track success metrics; use data to inform decisions, drive iteration, and measure real business impact.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between teams - driving clarity, alignment, and momentum.
