Position : Certified Personal Trainer

Location : FFC Lincoln Park

Job Type : Full-time only!

Compensation : At FFC, Personal Trainers earn commission based on experience and certifications. Commission rates range from $40 - $74 per session based on experience and certifications. New trainers have the opportunity to earn bonuses ($500-$1000 / month) in their first 3 months.

New Trainer Schedule & Responsibilities (First 60-90 Days) :

Preferred Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor’s in exercise physiology or related field

Certification : Nationally accredited Personal Training certification

Experience : 2+ years in a health club setting with proven sales experience

Expertise : Must be or have been a Master and / or Elite level trainer

Safety : CPR and AED certification

What You’ll Do :

Build Your Business : Grow your client base through prospecting (calls, emails, social media).

Manage Your Schedule : Organize weekly appointments.

Commitment : Full-time (30 hours / week, including weekends).

Drive Results : Help meet individual and department goals.

Enhance the Environment : Keep the fitness floor clean and safe.

Engage New Members : Create personalized workout plans.

Be a Fitness Resource : Assist members on the fitness floor with exercises.

Promote FFC Programs : Match members to relevant programs.

Deliver Quality Training : Help clients achieve fitness goals.

Stay Sharp : Keep certifications up-to-date.

Community Involvement : Volunteer for special events.

Organize Client Files : Maintain detailed records.
