We are seeking dedicated and adaptable Registered Nurses to join our Float Pool. This role offers you the opportunity to work in various units, including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU, all within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional patient-centered care while floating between multiple units.
• Adhere to the nursing process in assessing patient needs and implementing effective care strategies.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary discharge planning and utilize evidence-based practices to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
• Continuously evaluate patient conditions and modify care plans as necessary, promoting a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and foster a culture of safety within the healthcare team.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 18 months in Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).
• Registered Nurse license active in the applicable state and Basic Life Support certification from the AHA.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
