Summary / Objective : Join our team in general labor and production roles, where you'll be responsible for safely feeding, tailing, and stacking wood. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure you excel in your role.

Essential Functions :

• Grade wood based on end-use
• Keep up in a fast-paced production line
• Utilize tape measures and calipers proficiently
• Learn to interpret machining specifications
• Benefit from the expertise of senior personnel
• Inspect and ensure quality, taking necessary actions
• Meet production standards
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and operational workspace, equipment, and machinery
• Adhere to safety regulations per plant policies and OSHA guidelines, including the use of safety gear
• Promptly report unsafe conditions to the appropriate supervisor
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
