- Focus on sales and revenue growth not service or claims by developing new business and expanding client relationships.
- Use exceptional relationship-building and communication skills to build trust, close deals, and foster long-term loyalty.
- Proactively follow up on leads, referrals, and marketing inquiries to convert interest into new business.
- Prospect daily through a variety of channels including referrals, inbound leads, and follow up
- Meet or exceed daily activity and sales goals through consistent outreach and follow-up.
- Identify and act on opportunities to cross-sell and bundle products for greater client coverage and value.
