Who You Are :

The Real Estate Coordinator plays a key role in supporting site acquisition, due diligence, and development process for new and existing data center projects. This position assists the real estate and site selection team with transaction coordination, research, documentation and project tracking to ensure efficient and timely execution.

What You Will Do :

Transaction Support :

• Coordinate real estate activities including site selection, offers, purchase agreements, leases, renewals, and terminations.
• Input and maintain detailed records of property information, key dates, and contractual obligations.
• Assist in preparing LOIs, RFP responses, and internal approval packages.
• Work with external consultants (brokerage, legal etc.) and public entities (including utility providers) to coordinate all facets of real estate activities.
