Job Details

Responsibilities :

• Manage a diverse portfolio of litigation matters in a variety of industries.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents and file them with the court.
• Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics, etc).
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda.
• Engage in discovery process, including drafting discovery requests and responses, and managing document productions.
• Attend court appearances, mediations, and arbitration proceedings.
• Participate in trial preparation, including drafting trial briefs, motions in limine, and preparing and questioning witnesses.
• Work closely with partners and clients to manage cases from inception through trial or other resolution.
• Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality in all situations.
