Georgia Health Insurance Supervisor

A company is looking for a Health Insurance Program Supervisor to lead and support the operations of the HIPP / Premium Assistance program.

Key Responsibilities

Provide enrollment assistance and program information to Medicaid-eligible recipients and their families

Supervise and support team members responsible for processing applications and program-related tasks

Verify, document, and investigate healthcare coverage for Medicaid recipients and their dependents

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, healthcare, or government-sponsored programs

Experience with eligibility, enrollment, or premium assistance programs preferred

3-5 years of customer service or call center experience (inbound and outbound)

Knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security regulations

Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
