Facilities Regional Operations Manager

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000

Pay Grade : 16

Other Forms of Compensation : BONUS

ESFM self-performs 80% of all FM services provided to clients. This self-performance model creates a consistent hospitality experience for clients, resulting in higher engagement and productivity from their employees. ESFM's clients include many household names from the life sciences, technology, oil & gas and manufacturing markets.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for the overall delivery of managed services to the client. The individual will coordinate and support all departmental activities and interface with all levels of facility staff regarding the Scope of Work at assigned unit(s).

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and supervise departmental functions and activities, ensuring adequate staffing.
• Establish work standards and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies.
• Control expenses within the area of responsibility.
• Continuously review procedures and implement improvements when applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
