A company is looking for a Business Operations Manager to oversee and enhance operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Support onboarding and off-boarding workflows, maintain org charts, and facilitate culture initiatives
Oversee vendor management, contract coordination, and maintain documentation for business operations
Act as the point of contact for budgets and financial operations, partnering with external accounting teams
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Accounting, or a related field
Hands-on experience with bookkeeping / accounting or financial operations workflows is preferred
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple processes and deadlines
Resourceful with a strong bias toward action, ownership, and follow-through
Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
