Payroll Processor

We're looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Processor to join our client's team on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on accuracy and organization.

Compensation : $28 / hr

Responsibilities

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for 230 full-time employees and contractors using Paycom. This will be the main focus of your role and requires heavy data entry.
  • Manage weekly 401K file submissions.
  • Create and submit the Netsuite Pay File by the Thursday noon deadline.
  • Generate and send monthly reports from Paycom to benefits carrier.

Schedule

  • Monday - Wednesday : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
  • Thursday : 8 : 00 AM - 12 : 00 PM
  • Friday : Off

    • Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Processor or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of payroll principles and regulations.
  • Proficiency with payroll software, preferably Paycom.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
