Locum NP - Nurse Practitioner

Location : Wauwatosa, Wisconsin

Key Responsibilities :

Provide high-quality outpatient care with an average of 16 patient slots per day

Spend 20-30 minutes of face-to-face time with each patient

Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage follow-up care

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and office staff to ensure coordinated care

Document all patient interactions thoroughly and accurately

Qualifications :

Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Wisconsin

National NP certification (AANP or ANCC)

Outpatient experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage a structured patient schedule

Compensation & Benefits :

This locum role features equitable pay, allowing providers to control both their patient load and annual earnings.

Range : $89,000 (10 patients / day, part-time) to $156,832

Examples :

13 patients / day : $123,136 annually (approximately 208 patients / month)

15 patients / day : $145,600 annually (approximately 240 patients / month)

Additional Appointment Types : Estimated $11,000 annually on average
