Licensed Professional Land Surveyor

Rowe Engineering & Surveying (Rowe) is seeking a State of Alabama Licensed Professional Land Surveyor for its office in Mobile, Alabama. This is a full-time office position. Duties will include overseeing field and drafting activities and checking drawings for errors and compliance with Standard of Practice. A qualified candidate for this position is someone who is familiar with field and drafting procedures and is able to draft using AutoCAD. The majority of the work for this position is reviewing completed surveys, communicating deficiencies to drafters, and quoting proposed jobs. Rowe is a locally owned company that has been in operation since 1954. • Requirements
• Active license with Alabama Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors
• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in land surveying with a strong understanding of surveying principles.
• Proficiency in surveying software such as Carlson, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on various projects.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members. xmcpwfu
• Familiarity with research data collection methods is a plus.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
