Description :

Thermo-Trol Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced, motivated individual to join our HVAC Service team. Our full-time position in the Hampton Roads VA area offers top pay and a competitive benefits package. We offer career growth and opportunity. Highly experienced and skilled technicians can earn up to $110,000 per year.

Responsibilities :

  • Install and program new HVAC systems.
  • Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
  • On-call rotation.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

    • Requirements : Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years experience (five years preferred) in installation and / or repair.
  • Five years experience in repair preferred.
  • Ability to handle physical workload.
  • Good driving record. (Must be insurable.)
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • DDC knowledge and experience is a plus.

    • Required

  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Able to pass drug screen for Federal contractor requirements.
