This position is responsible for implementing ITOM requirements for a new ServiceNow implementation. ? Support the design, development, testing and implementation of automated processes and workflows for ITOM applications : Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Operational Intelligence, and Cloud Management? Automate processes and workflows for gathering, populating, and maintaining CMDB data.? Configure and maintain the ServiceNow Discovery MID servers, patterns, sensors, probes, Discovery IP ranges and schedules.? Experience with implementation across multiple environments such as Windows, UNIX, and SNMP devices.? Configure integrations with other data sources and Cloud Discovery, and how discovery and integrations populate the CMDB.? Identify, configure, troubleshoot, test, and resolve issues.? Interface with customer team members to capture business requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.? Support of Service Mapping efforts through scripting and discovery ? Support CSDM efforts? Configure ITOM dashboards.? Create requested client reports.
