Director of Marketing & Innovation
Circle Graphics is the world's foremost producer of grand and large-format digital graphics. We are an industry leader in creating innovative products for outdoor advertising.
Our combined 300,000 square feet of manufacturing facilities across the United States house over 35 grand and large format digital printers and custom automated finishing equipment to produce printed materials up to 16 ft wide. Our prepress department processes more than 20,000 files per day with the aid of proprietary software automation tools. We operate around-the-clock, 7 days a week to deliver extraordinary customer service, and print over 431 million square feet of material annually. We specialize in industry leading innovations accompanied by world class service.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
External Marketing : 40% of position responsibility
Define and execute inbound and outbound marketing plan and Go-to-Market strategies, including strategy for marketing mix, marketing programs, social media, marketing events, online programs, written and online collateral / resources, etc.
Develop and maintain company brand strategy
Strengthen brand recognition and awareness of the company's products and solutions
Develop, manage and justify marketing budgets
Improve and manage company web sites.
Internal Marketing : 40% of position responsibility
Work with Sales and Account Managers to ensure customers are educated on new products and product benefits
Oversee marketing and sales communications for product launches and initiatives.
Develop brand identity assets and compelling sales collateral
Manage planning and execution of internal / external events, including shows, customer events, sales meetings, etc.
Build and manage the internal communication workflow to ensure consistency, cohesion and timing across the company to ensure communication rollouts are aligned and coordinated.
Research & Reporting : 20% of position responsibility
Manage competitive analyses and make reports available to the leadership team, reports to be clear, concise and understandable to the Sales team and our customers.
Monitor and report on marketing costs and expenses, ROI, working metrics and KPIs to executive management team
Measure the effectiveness of the marketing initiatives and implement improvements
Additional Tasks and Responsibilities :

Education and Formal Training
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development required
5+ years' experience in marketing communications, supporting an internal business function with multiple departments.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to motivate and lead others; highly collaborative planning ability; superior business acumen, communication and business judgment.
Must be able to work well under pressure and have a strong understanding of the business process management and demonstrated achievements.
Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills for managing multiple, diverse and conflicting activities and project teams.
Entrepreneurial, creative, and superb follow-through required
Strong project management skills with an ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects required
An analytical approach to work, constantly thinking in terms of iteration, testing, measurement, and redirection
Proven ability to develop positive relationships through "open door" communications.
Excellent attention to detail and follow through with communication and a sense of urgency for deadlines.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Working Environment & Physical Demands
Typical office environment - Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching.
Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.
Requires a normal range of hearing and vision to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports and answer the phone.
Requires eyesight correctable to 20 / 20 to read numbers, reports and computer terminals
Travel Requirements
Up to 10% travel expected
