About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Market Research and Advisory within its Sports and Entertainment division. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the firm, overseeing a team of analysts and leading the market research, feasibility analysis, and strategic advisory process for a significant portion of the company's active projects. This role is pivotal in shaping insights that drive client decisions related to project scale, facility programming, and investment strategy. The Executive Director will be responsible for leading and overseeing market and financial feasibility analyses, guiding research design, and monitoring industry and consumer trends to identify opportunities and risks. They will also be expected to develop and deliver strategic recommendations, serve as a key client liaison, and ensure analytical rigor and process innovation.
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' of experience in market research, management consulting, or consumer insights, with a strong background in designing and integrating qualitative and quantitative research. The role requires a self-starter with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills, as well as excellent communication and presentation abilities. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and experience with data visualization, automation, and predictive analytics tools is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of influencing senior leadership decisions and be adept at mentoring and managing a team. The position also involves a willingness to travel for client engagements and in-market research.
