Key Responsibilities :

Leading, Guiding, and Growing our Plumbing Divis i on- Experience as Master Plumber

Building and leading a high- performance team of plumbers

  • Training, mentoring, and guiding current plumbers and new technicians
  • Selling plumbing work on current jobs and new business
  • Developing strategy for growing our plumbing business in this market
  • Communicating to and training other departments on our plumbing offering and the importance of it

Skills and Experience w e are l ooking f or :

Master Plumber License with Experience to go with it

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both exte rnal in community and collaborating with teammates
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
