The Opportunity

The Medical Assistant works to ensure the highest quality virtual care experience for our members and clinical team. In conjunction with other clinicians, the Medical Assistant contributes to products and services that relate to the delivery of efficient virtual care to Teladoc Health members.

An active Medical Assistant license / certification is required for this role.

Responsibilities

Administrative Duties include :

• Reviewing intake records for completeness
• Transfer information to Electronic Health Record (EHR)
• Scheduling appointments
• Assessing video readiness
• Communication with other health care team members
• Communication with members
• Maintain health information in compliance with corporate and federal regulations
• Others duties as assigned

Qualifications Required for Position

The base salary range for this position is $20 / hr - $22 / hr. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here : Teladoc Health Benefits 2025. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
