Senior Product Manager
As a thought partner with the CEO and executive leadership, you will own product strategy, roadmap and execution, bridge vision and product, and help build a high‑performing team.
What You’ll Do
Develop the product team into a high‑performing unit fostering growth, customer obsession, innovation velocity, data‑driven decisions, and strategic thinking.
Gather and internalize customer feedback to address their challenges.
Develop products for both restaurant partners and consumers in the Revi ecosystem.
Collaborate with engineering and product to develop and execute product roadmaps and OKRs, owning product OKRs, managing sprints, and driving agile processes.
Develop and present strategic insights on products, competition, and customer adoption through internal dashboards.
Track industry trends and adapt product strategy accordingly.
What We Expect You’ll Bring
4+ years experience as a product lead with a passion for delivering consumer / partner experiences.
Small‑to‑mid‑size startup experience as a successful product lead.
Experience driving product decisions from business objectives to product execution.
Domain expertise around consumer apps, B2B, restaurant tech, or e‑commerce.
Experience taking a vision and creating product strategy (roadmaps) and execution.
Prior success in designing SaaS consumer‑facing and back‑office portal experiences.
Experience building a strong product process.
Understanding enough engineering to guide development.
Clear and compelling communication skills.
Strategic thinker and data‑driven decision maker.
Ability to build products from a user experience perspective.
Understanding of maintaining brand while building product.
Understanding how to market and package products for optimal customer experience.
