This position involves making home visits, conducting assessments, and supervising PTA.

The typical caseload includes a minimum of 5-6 patient visits per day.

Communication with medical offices and managing patient needs are essential.

This role requires a motivated, self-directed, and organized individual.

Expect one weekend on-call every 4-6 weeks.
