Position Summary :

The primary responsibility of this role is to help patients regain and maintain optimal physical function by supporting the achievement of individualized goals developed collaboratively with patients, physicians, and the therapy team. This includes providing education, designing independent exercise programs, and recommending appropriate activity modifications to support continued progress after discharge.

IDR Job ID #475405. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
