Night Warehouse Cleaner

The Night Warehouse Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. Janitorial / Cleaner experience required. Pay rate is $16.50 / hour weekly. The shift is from 2 : 30pm-11 : 00pm Monday through Friday. The location is 2 Shamrock Way NW, Albuquerque, NM 87120. ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package. Basic qualifications include : being 18 years of age or older, janitorial / cleaner experience required, no high school diploma, GED or college degree required, and the ability to communicate publicly in English.

Preferred qualifications include customer service experience and one year of similar work experience.

Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining buildings / facilities, following procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, notifying the manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems, establishing and maintaining effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc., complying with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the company, clients, and regulatory authorities, cleaning and dusting furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment, moving cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas, either manually or by using hand trucks, cleaning interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees, washing and replacing blinds, gathering and emptying trash, sweeping walks, raking leaves, cutting grass, removing snow or performing other incidental seasonal tasks, wiping and cleaning tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas, and servicing, cleaning, and supplying restrooms.
