Job Requirements

Education Requirements :  Valid Texas OT license or certification

Certifications Requirements :  TX OT certification, BLS certification, CPR certification

Experience Requirements :  Minimum of 1 year of Skilled Nursing experience, previous experience in a rehabilitation setting

Other Requirements :  Ability to work Monday-Friday, reliable transportation for housing independently, strong communication skills

Job Responsibilities

Provide skilled Occupational Therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring personalized treatment plans.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement effective therapy programs.
