Your Responsibilities
Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Guide customers in understanding product features and functionalities effectively.
Accurately document customer interactions and technical resolutions within our support system.
Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
Participate in ongoing training to maintain expertise in products and services.
